Organisation and public filings
BBA operates through The BBA CLG Ltd, organisation number 11091328. The Companies House record provides access to filed accounts and other corporate documents. Refer to each filing for its reporting period and scope.
Membership and support
BBA publishes information about membership and JBBA patronage. These pages describe routes for participation and support; they are not a consolidated financial statement or a complete list of income sources. For a funding or sponsorship enquiry, contact BBA with the programme and period concerned.
Affiliation and conflicts of interest
BBA’s Membership Code requires conflicts of interest to be disclosed and prohibits misuse of an affiliation or entrusted role for improper personal advantage. Membership should not be presented as accreditation or proof of professional competence. Use the Brand & Communications Guidelines when describing a relationship with BBA.
Reading institutional relationships accurately
A quotation, meeting, speaking invitation, publication or acknowledgement has its own context. It should not be used to imply wider endorsement, regulatory approval or a formal partnership beyond the evidence provided.
