APPG Working Groups: developing the programme for 2027

The APPG on Blockchain Technologies is developing its programme of work for 2027, building on ongoing work across four focused working groups.

The groups will bring together relevant stakeholders to explore evidence-based applications of blockchain and digital assets, with the aim of turning contributions into tangible outputs useful to industry, policymakers and society.

Honouring contribution: BBA Fellowship nominations open

The British Blockchain Association remembers Professor Philipp Sandner FBBA (1980–2024), whose contribution to blockchain scholarship was recognised through an honorary, posthumous Fellowship.

As the Fellowship Committee prepares to consider nominations from around the world, nominations for the next round are open. At least one proposer must be a current BBA Fellow in good standing. Newly elected Fellows will be formally inducted at the 9th Blockchain International Scientific Conference, ISC2027, at the University of East London on 19 March 2027.
