Website corrections
For an inaccurate statement, broken link, inaccessible document or incorrect attribution, email info@britishblockchainassociation.org. Include the page URL, the passage or issue, your proposed correction and a supporting source where available.
Membership or representation concerns
Use the same contact address to raise concerns about conduct, misuse of BBA’s name or a claimed affiliation. Describe what happened and include relevant dates and public links. Share only the personal information needed to explain the concern. The Membership Code and Brand & Communications Guidelines provide the relevant published standards.
Journal and research matters
For a concern about a JBBA article, contact editorial@thejbba.com with its title or DOI and the evidence supporting your concern. The journal’s own editorial and correction policies apply to its publications.
Privacy and suspicious communications
For personal-data matters, consult the Privacy page. If a message claiming to come from BBA seems suspicious, verify it through an independently obtained official channel before acting. Follow the published communications authenticity guidance.
