How your benefits are delivered

A written plan from the outset

Your membership confirmation records your tier, start and end dates, included benefits and agreed activity schedule. The membership team will keep a record of activities delivered. Existing members retain their previously agreed benefits until their current term ends; any upgrade is agreed separately in writing.

Your two educational webinars

Each webinar is a 30–45 minute educational session. BBA provides hosting, moderation and promotion through its communications channels. Members provide a suitable speaker, proposed topic and presentation material for approval. Topics, dates and speakers are agreed in advance and scheduled within the membership term. A specific moderator, audience size, attendance level or commercial outcome is not guaranteed.

Speaking, invitations and collaboration

Premium provides the ISC, BAF Summit and policy roundtable opportunities described above. These are programme-dependent opportunities, not unrestricted access to every event or a guaranteed keynote. The relevant organisers approve speakers, topics and formats; dates and participation are confirmed in writing. Research collaborations and working groups depend on relevant expertise, active projects and mutual agreement. Travel, accommodation, exhibition space and separate sponsorship packages are not included unless expressly agreed.

Member visibility and communications

Members submit their updates, post links, logos and other approved materials to the membership team. BBA selects relevant content and schedules it in line with its editorial standards. One social update means one post or reshare on one BBA-selected channel. Additional cross-platform sharing, likes and comments are discretionary. Monthly sharing allowances do not roll over, and engagement or reach is not guaranteed. Newsletter updates are separate from the social sharing allowance. Website features are curated placements, not permanent placement on every page.

Journal recognition and independence

The Premium Featured Member benefit is a member profile or recognition placement, not a peer-reviewed research paper. Journal research submissions remain subject to independent editorial review and peer review. Membership and the sharing of member updates do not constitute endorsement of products, services or claims.

Additional support

The benefits listed above define each package. Additional activities, bespoke projects or extra events are separately scoped and priced unless BBA expressly offers them as goodwill. Any goodwill support is discretionary and does not create a recurring entitlement or replace an included benefit. Applicable discounts and any additional costs are confirmed before booking.
