F-Procure: A Decentralised, Modular Framework for Transparent, Compliant and Efficient Procurement on the Flare Network

This open-access paper proposes a modular procurement framework combining blockchain, smart contracts, enterprise system interoperability, AI-assisted analytics and compliance-aware governance. It presents an early-stage architecture and prototype for further evaluation.
